Careers in CosmetologyAs a facialist or aesthetician, you will advise clients on the best way to care for their skin. You may perform hair removal services like waxing, electrolysis and laser hair removal. As a hairstylist, you can specialize in color, cutting, braiding or texture services like perming and straightening hair. As a nail technician, you will perform manicures and pedicures and may apply artificial acrylic nails.
