During multimedia training, you will learn how to configure and use several different internet and computer systems. You will also learn how to manage photographs and graphics, importing them, editing them, etc. You will also learn about digital video editing and various methods of desktop publishing. Because multimedia requires knowledge of so many different areas, it is essential that you have hands-on experience as a part of your multimedia training. You must be able to integrate the many different components into one cohesive product.

Today, you can watch the news online, play a video game, watch music videos and even participate in long-distance business conferences. All of these things are done as a result of multimedia. Anything that uses more than one source of media at a time is considered multimedia, especially regarding computers and the internet.
